TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A recently formed tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 100 miles southeast of Mexico's California. Meteorologists are expecting that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is moving northwestward at a rate of 10 mph.
